PTSD is a huge problem among veterans in the United States. They don't get enough care, and they most certainly don't get enough awareness. In our society it is assumed that all veterans with PTSD are a danger to everyone around them, when in fact they are almost always only a danger to themselves. This campaign advocates for our veterans as well as educates the masses on what it's like to deal with this disorder.
This was my senior thesis for the Tyler School of Art. To tackle this project I researched heavily on the subject of PTSD and even interviewed some veterans on their experiences of deployment. I pieced together bits and pieces to try and give the experience these people go through.
